Eddie:  That’s not a bulge, it’s jest the way Oi’m standin.

Clarrie:  Well you are standin still and it’s still movin.

Eddie:  Maybe it’s cos Oi’m pleased to see you, Clarrie.

Clarrie:  Don’t be so disgustin, Eddie, it’s only 11 o clock in the mornin an Oi’ve got the capitalist system to overthrow and an extra shift in the dairy.

Eddie:  Well don’t let me ‘old you back. Oi’ve got a few patios to lay and Linda wants a plunge pool for them llamas.

Clarrie:  Don’t you lie to me, Eddie Grundy.  Oi know wot you got in them trousers - ferrets !

Eddie:  Okay, okay.  There’s this mate of Fat Paul’s and e’s left ‘is missus after an incident wi an ‘edge trimmer and ‘e don’t ‘ave anywhere to keep them now. Oi promised to look after ‘em fer a week or two.

Clarrie:  ‘Ow come Oi always get stuck wi the hairy, smelly, weasely ones ?

Eddie:  Cos you love us Grundys, Clarrie, and that’s our signature pet.

Clarrie:  I meant you, Eddie, not the bliddy ferrets !  They’re quite cute.
